Transformation and Healing with Horses

Learning with Horses

As a certified Eponaquest coach in equine-facilitated learning, my goal is to bring a message of transformation and healing to my work. I love helping clients re-connect with their true essence so they may live a heart-based and meaningful life. Since 2008, I have been giving personal development and leadership and teambuilding workshops plus doing 1:1 coaching. I have seen how deeply people’s hearts are touched and their lives transformed through this work and am thus very grateful for being able to do what I love and contribute in this way.

I have also integrated the personal development work into my riding lessons, enabling riders to enjoy a more authentic form of communication and collaboration with their horses. In the future, I would like to share my experiences and knowledge gained through online learning opportunities.

In addition to discovering horses at 35, I also discovered how much I enjoy writing. I write to inspire others by sharing my personal journey and what I have learned along the way. In 2016, I published my first book, Leadership Wisdom from Horses. For several years, I have been a contributing author for a large magazine for businesswomen in the German-speaking part of Europe.

I was born and raised in California and went to UC Berkeley before moving to Switzerland in 1992. Here, I later discovered horses and decided to pursue my passion for working with people and horses. I love to spend time outdoors, whether hiking, biking, swimming or playing tennis.

A podcast about my passion to work with people and horses and why I do what I do, both as a life coach and trainer to help people interact with horses at eye level as true partners.

My second book, A Heart for Horses, was published in May 2022 and is available on Amazon as a paperback and ebook.

If you would like to know why women are naturally attracted to horses, then take a look at this blog I wrote.

Here is a blog on connecting with horses, while at a dude ranch, but it obviously applies in any context.
