Wild horses model this kind of leadership.
They instinctively choose among five roles – Leader (discover and inspire), Dominant (direct and protect), Connector (support and connect), Sentinel (observe and alert), and Predator (cull and recalibrate, used only in emergencies) - day in and day out.
 
The ability of a human leader to equally and effectively employ all these roles situationally, with the intention of serving the well-being of the team, defines the success of such a leader.
 
As a prey animal, horses use power very differently than predators. The lead mare, in cooperation with the stallion, always uses her power for the benefit and survival of the whole herd. Using this approach will enable leaders to achieve their goals with greater ease.

Leadership Workshop Goals & Results

You will learn about and experience the uniqueness each of the five leadership roles. The result of this leadership development:

  1. A powerfully authentic and calm leadership presence in which people feel safe
  2. An ability to influence and inspire people in positive and empowering ways
  3. The ability to communicate effectively, master your own emotions, be more mindful, approach conflicts differently, and to build and nurture relationships.

Online Coaching & Workshops with Horses

You can learn this innovative form of leadership through online coaching and/or live sessions with horses, seamlessly integrating it into your professional life. The interaction with horses, embodying this modern and innovative leadership philosophy, naturally accelerates your learning process.

We also offer an online assessment to help you gain deeper insights about how you employ the 5 roles as a leader.

The workshops are designed for 8-10 participants. I work together with Michele Cueni and we can offer you everything from a tailor-made one-day workshop to a leadership development program lasting several months. Workshop locations: Zug/ZG, Wollerau/SZ, Kleindöttingen/AG

By working with Marina and the horses, the participants of our global leadership development program were able to learn about leadership from a different perspective.
