Leadership Workshops with Horses: Learn about Socially-Intelligent Leadership

Wild horses model this kind of leadership.

The lead mare, in collaboration with the stallion, always uses her power for the well-being and survival of the entire herd.

They instinctively select among five different leadership behaviours - Leader, Dominant, Nurturer, Sentinel, and Predator (only in emergencies) - day in and day out. The ability of a leader to equally and effectively employ all these behaviors situationally, with the intention of serving the well-being of the team, defines the success of such a leader.

 
Often, we overemphasize certain behaviors and avoid others. You learn how much easier it is to lead effectively when you can fluidly move among these behaviors based on what a situation requires of you.

Leadership Workshop Goals & Results

You will learn five different leadership behaviours and how to use the uniquess that each role offers to you as a leader.

The result of your leadership development will be:

  1. A powerfully authentic personal and leadership presence, so that people are happy to have you lead them.
  2. You influence and inspire people in a positive and empowering way, motivating them to show up as the best version of themselves and thus willing to bring their full potential into whatever they do.
  3. You communicate effectively, master your own emotions, are more mindful, approach conflicts differently, and build and nurture relationships. As a result, you reach your goals with more ease and positive attitude.

Online Coaching & Workshops with Horses

You can learn this innovative form of leadership through online coaching and/or live sessions with horses, seamlessly integrating it into your professional life. The interaction with horses, embodying this modern and innovative leadership philosophy, naturally accelerates your learning process.

The workshops are designed for 6-8 participants. I work together with Michele Cueni and we can offer you everything from a tailor-made one-day workshop to a leadership development program lasting several months. Locations in cantons Zug, Schwyz, Aarau and Solothurn
